  • What is a digital print? 🤔
    It's a download that you will receive of the art you purchase, AKA a printable! After you purchase your new designs, you'll receive a ZIP file of 5 sizes/ratios and be able to print the artwork yourself for personal use. But don't worry, you don't need a printer at home. Check out my Printing FAQ for more info on where/how to get your new art printed.
  • HELP. Sizing???? 🥴
    So you received your digital designs via email. What now? Your 5 High-Resolution JPG files at 300-400 DPI (sorry getting technical here!) that can be printed at any of these sizes below: File 1 (2:3 Ratio) for printing: INCHES - 4''x6'' | 6"x9" | 8"x12" | 10"x15" | 12"x18" | 24''x36'' CM - 16x24cm | 20x30cm | 24x36cm | 30x45cm File 2 (3:4 Ratio) for printing: INCHES - 6"x8" | 9"x12" | 12"x16" | 18''x24'' CM - 15x20cm | 24x32cm | 30x40cm File 3 (4:5 Ratio) for printing: INCHES - 8"x10" | 16"x20" CM - 20x25cm | 40x50cm File 4 for printing: INCHES - 11"x14" CM - 22x28cm File 5 (International Paper Size) for printing: A1 | A5 | A4 | A3 Check out my visual lil sizing chart below.   • Ok, I know what size I wanna print. Any reccos on where to go? 📍
    My customers usually opt to print their designs through a print shop. Printing through a shop/photo center ensures the quality is high and they will print the designs on either photo paper or high quality poster paper. My recommendations: CVS Staples Costco Snapfish FedEx Walgreens After you download your files, choose your sizing, you can upload your files to the websites above and schedule a nearby location to pick it up. Sometimes the photo center will complete this as quickly as same day!
  • I didn't know my purchase was digital! Can I get a refund PLZ? 😭
    I'm so sorry but I cannot offer a refund. I try to be as clear as possible that I cannot print and ship a poster to you for $8 USD, although I wish I could! Every single listing states that you will receive ONLY digital files, not a physical poster. If you are devastated and screaming because you're so unhappy, message me. We will chat!
  • Are you taking any custom orders? 🙏
    Not at the moment, I'm trying to start off my own website slowly! If there's something you're dying to customize and I have the time (on a case by case basis), message me and we'll work something out.
  • Do you sell your art anywhere else other than this site? 🛒
    Other than my collaboration with Dormify to sell physical prints of my work, I DO NOT sell anywhere else. If you see my designs on Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, or quite literally any other site, they have been stolen. Please support me by purchasing my work here or on Dormify. xx
